A collegial group of rural family physicians welcomes physicians interested in a Full or Part time practice at the base of the beautiful Bruce Peninsula. Practice opportunities exist as part of the South Bruce Peninsula FHO and Grey Bruce Health Services Wiarton Site Hospital and ER.

Sauble Family Health Team - Sauble Beach

The South Bruce Peninsula area Physicians work co-operatively with the larger, allied health team at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound, and work collaboratively as primary health care providers to the Sauble Family Health Team, in the Huron shore town of Sauble Beach.

Grey Bruce Health Services - Wiarton Site

The Wiarton Site of the Grey Bruce Health Services has over 125 employees. The Wiarton ER provides 24/7 care with approximately 15,000 visits per year. The Wiarton Hospital has 12-14 acute care beds and 10 CCC beds and shared weekend/holiday rounds. This site offers a wide variety of primary and ambulatory services (Diabetes Education, Psychogeriatric Outreach, Endoscopy, etc.). X-ray, ultrasound, lab, physiotherapy, and dietician services, amongst others. Long-term care, teaching, administrative, or other areas of practice interest can be explored.
